This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products (hereinafter "Purchase Terms and Conditions"), the contents of our "Legal Notice - General Terms of Use" and our "Privacy Policy" being also applicable. Please consult these before placing an order.

1. Introduction
1.1. Sales can only be completed if orders are originated via an authorized Qannati sales representative via email.

2. Parties to the Sale and Purchase Agreement
Seller:
Qannati Objet d’Art Commerce, a Sole Shareholder company incorporated in Bahrain, with address at Villa 9, Entrance 1227, Street 3228, Aali, Kingdom of Bahrain and Commercial Registration Number 130864-1(hereinafter "Qannati", "us" or "Seller").

Purchaser:
The user who provides us with his/her personal data in the purchase form/email, previously accepting these Purchasing Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (hereinafter "you", "user" or "Purchaser").
 
3. Execution of the Sale and Purchase
3.1. Placing an order implies the Purchaser’s acceptance of these Purchase Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy included in this website.
3.2. The agreement may be entered into, in English language.
3.3. Orders placed by the Purchaser will be subject to acceptance by the Seller. This acceptance or, as the case may be, the non-confirmation of the order, will be made by electronic mail.
 
4. Obligations of the Purchaser
4.1. The Purchaser must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
4.2. The Purchaser must use this website only to make legally valid queries or requests.
4.3. The Purchaser must provide his/her email address, postal address and/or other contact details as requested, which must be true and accurate, and consents that the Seller be allowed to make use of these data when necessary as provided in the Privacy Policy included on this website.
4.4. The Purchaser shall pay the agreed purchase price by using any of the payments methods advised by Qannati Objet d’Art.
 
5. Obligations of the Seller
5.1. The Seller’s main obligation is to deliver the products requested by the Purchaser through the order placed via email or in person (in writing) and accepted by the Seller by confirmation by email, considering the terms and conditions set out below:
5.1.1.All orders are subject to availability of the requested products. If the product you have selected is not available, the client may order a bespoke instead. 
5.1.2. Except in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, we will send the products that we have listed on each order confirmation within 30 business days in the case of a ready product and 6 months in the case of a bespoke order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
5.1.3. Orders will be deemed delivered when the Purchaser, or a third party in its name, acquires material possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signed receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
5.1.4. If neither you nor another person in your name will be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us a reasonable time in advance to arrange the delivery on another day. If we cannot deliver your order because there is no one to receive it at your address, we will try to contact you to find an alternative date or place. If we cannot contact you or if we do not find a valid alternative, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we will leave a note so that it is sent to you again if so you wish.
5.2. Qannati Objet d’Art will not be liable for any breach or delay in fulfilling any of its obligations if this is due to events beyond its reasonable control.
 
6. Price and shipping expenses

6.1. Qannati may change the price of the products costs at any time without prior notice, however, Qannati will always apply the price in force at the time of receipt of your purchase order.  
6.2. You expressly authorise us to issue your invoice either electronically or on paper. We usually send it in paper, unless you make a purchase for a gift, in which case it will be sent just to you and in electronic format only. If you have any preference in this regard or if you wish to exercise your right to receive it on paper, please contact us by telephone or at the addresses listed on our website.

7. Payment terms
7.1. Purchases may be made by bank transfer or as advised by Qannati at the time of purchase. 
7.2. The price of the ordered products must be paid in dollars. 

8. Notification of shipment, deadline and place of delivery
8.1. The delivery of shipments will be notified to the Purchaser by email. The product will be delivered to the address indicated when placing the order, provided that it is not a PO Box. The means of shipping our product makes it impossible for us to accept PO Boxes as shipping address.
8.2. The product risks will be borne by the Purchaser from the time of delivery. The Purchaser will acquire the ownership of the products when the Seller receives the payment of the price (and other amounts due, including shipping costs), or at the time of delivery if it takes place thereafter.

9. Tax and customs duties.
As for taxes at destination, duties, taxes and any charges associated with customs clearance of the goods shall be borne by the receiver of the product pursuant to the legal provisions in force in each country, who must pay the amount in cash upon receipt of the shipment. We do not have control on these charges, and we cannot predict the total amount, so we recommend contacting the Customs Office for more information.
10. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The Purchaser acknowledges and declares that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and industrial property rights on the materials or contents included in this website correspond to Qannati Objet d’Art or its licensors (see "Notice of Purchase and Terms of Use" of this website). You may use such material only in the manner expressly authorised by us or by those who granted us license for its use.
 
11. Notifications
11.1. By means of this agreement, you agree that communications with us may be by electronic means, and you acknowledge that any agreement, notification, information and other communications that we send to you electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing.
11.2. The notifications you send us must be to our email address info@qannati.com or the sales representative assigned to your transaction
11.3. We may send you communications either to your e-mail address or to the postal address provided by you when you placed your order.

12. Applicable law
This Sale and Purchase agreement shall be governed by Bahraini Law.
PLEASE PRINT OR OTHERWISE SAVE a copy of this agreement so that you can check its contents at all times and so that you have written evidence thereof.


Delivery Policy​
1. General Information

All orders of existing collections are subject to product availability. If a bespoke order is placed, we will notify you of the craftsmanship duration. 50% of the price of the piece must be paid prior to the start of craftsmanship.


2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses all around the world except for specifics country with instable situations (please contact info@qannati.com to confirm). Otherwise, products can be hand-received in Qannati offices in France.


3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order after receiving the full payment in the case of a ready-made products, or 50% in the case of a bespoke piece. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 30 business days of the date of your order in the case of a ready product and 6 months in the case of a bespoke order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Return Policy​
Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at atelier@qannati.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or time it takes to fix the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.


LIFE TIME WARRANTY
To satisfy customers with its quality of products and customer service, Qannati Objet d’Art offers a life time warranty for all universes and sculptures within Qannati masterpieces.
For the timepieces, the warranty period is two-years and it covers, the watch movement, hands, and dial. After the inspection, the damaged part will be repaired. However, watch replacement is based on the discretion of Qannati Objet d’Art. All repair charges are free if the timepiece/bracelet is proven defective in material or quality under regular use. A EUR 500.00 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
If our warranty does not cover the problem you are having with your timepiece, or if your warranty has expired, the service and repair charges will be advised.
The warranty does not cover the following: 
·      Case, crystal, strap and buckle or bracelet, stem or crown 
·      Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear 
·      Water damage due to negligence
·      Repairs, on a watch not purchased from Qannati Objet d’Art.

This warranty is void if the masterpiece is damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or quality. 
Shipments of masterpieces for repairs should be authorized by the Qannati beforehand. Qannati Objet d’Art will assess whether the product’s problems are covered or not by our warranty and provide an estimated cost for repairs falling outside warranty terms. 
The client must apply for any repair through the Repair Process. Once applied, the client will be authorized for shipment and will receive a Repair Number that must be attached to all communication regarding the repair. Any goods returned to Qannati without a Repair Number will be returned without prior notice to the client. All dispatch fees will be at the client’s expense.
